"Love my doctor and have always had a good experience at Floyd until recently. Overcrowded offices and just feel like staff is being overworked and too many doctors and staff have been placed in an already small office area. Environment has drastically changed recently and within the last 2-3 years. No doubt management changes at higher levels are affecting the experience for both patients and employees. I cannot give less than 5 stars because the hospital employees are excellent and positive even under obviously not an ideal work situation."

"Didn’t like because I could not get in to see my doctor. It’s been three time I have been sick right then not a week or two weeks out. In the other hand I was allowed to get injection. But I had rather to have seen my doctor on two occasions."

"Dr Pam Hearn is wonderful and takes time to listen. She is a down to earth and very realistic doctor that always has the patients best interests in mind. She gets 5 stars, but overall I give Atrium 4 stars because their patient portal website is almost completely non functional. You won't regret seeing Dr Hearn, she is great, but you will quickly max out your frustration levels trying to use the patient portal."
