"Wife came in for CT. Very rude unprofessional couldn't even find a vein on my wife and instead of trying they just told her sorry we can't. We were forced to go to hospital to get it done."

"Stay away! This imaging center is a joke! Everytime my doctor office faxes a requisition somehow no one at Harbin can find it after leaving me on hold for 10 minutes to look for it. It takes two faxes before they finally say they have it which is time consuming and appointments filling up. They claim I can’t make an appointment without the fax even though I have the requisition in my email and can bring it with me or email it which they don’t allow apparently. My results are never in the portal and whoever answers the phone always has a nasty attitude like they don’t want to deal with patients trying to get appointments. I had better success and luck at Coosa until they were brought out. Rome has the WORST healthcare system with a HUGE lack of compassion. I’ll keep looking elsewhere because when I need to have imaging done I don’t have time to play phone tag with the rude people at this place. Don’t get me started on the wait times. I"

"My daughter has a possible broken finger. We have been sitting here waiting and there is NOBODY at the front desk. We have been sitting here waiting for 20 minutes. The immediate care workers came over and asked where we are, because they are holding a room open for my daughter next door, and just waiting on X-rays and nobody is doing their job here. This is ridiculous. Whoever works here on the date of 11/13/23 needs to be dealt with!!"

"I have had 4 MRI in three different states none of them can compare to the one at harbin clinic it was the best of the best they made me feel relaxed if i could had given them 10 stars I would thanks to staff at harbin clinic!"

"Had appointment at 730 am. Drove here and ct machine is down. They have no appointments available for a week and again at 730. I hate early appts and then ro be canceled. Not very happy. May not even have results when i go back to dr. This is sorry customer svc"
