"Area was full of sick individuals. I want to believe that they were working as fast as they could but there were only 1 NP There, so she was really working. Most of all her bedside manner was great. I appreciate that.I wish she would have had the ability to do a chest x-ray, which would have been a great plus I still have to go see my PCP which is good also and so much Compassion and concern and that’s what I look for being in the medical field myself. It’s always good to know when you’re not feeling well. Somebody is really concerned about you. Mz.P"

"Thought I had food poisoning, but it turned out to be a stomach bug. I went the day after Christmas and the waiting room was pretty full. I waited an hour to be seen, but saw the doctor about 5 minutes after being placed in a room. She listened to my health complaints and ordered a Covid, flu, and strep test. I was negative for all three. She said I had the bug and gave me instructions on how to recover. She was very thorough and I appreciated her manner in dealing with me. I go to this Urgent Care every time I am in need of one and I have always appreciated the care I receive from everyone there."

"I had been very sick for two weeks. Too sick to even go to Dr. The care I received at Atrium Health Floyd was excellent. The check in was very smooth and quick. The wait was less than ten minutes . My assessment was through. The nurse practitioner , Michelle evaluated me after X-ray and medication was prescribed for my condition. I will not hesitate to go back when I need to get care. All the staff was wonderful ."
