URGENT CARE and FAMILY PRACTICE

"Unless you have something very minor. Don't go here. They failed to properly diagnose my ear infection and refused antibiotics to me. I called to tell them after 2 failed visits. But they put me on hold and left me there. It's been almost 2mo and my hearing is at 50% in that ear. Malpractice. Update: ear has recovered to roughly 90. Still the same recommendation. Doctors are not God's. Tell them wjat your treatment should be and tell them it is malpractice to not properly care or diagnose you. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS"

"If you need an urgent care in the blue ridge, ellijay area, this is definitely the place to go. I had an unexpected emergency on a Saturday morning and they got me in right away and took care of it. They were very thorough and Tan was super professional and did a great job. Highly recommend, very thankful this place is around!"

"Went to see the doctor had been nausea, throwing up, and diarrhea for 3 days. The receptionist informed me that I own a bill and that I had to paid 100.00 or more before I could be seen. That’s what the office manger told her. Tried to pay 50.00 and they refused that. And I have been paying on the bill. So I wasn’t seen still sick and all they were worried about was money. Have been going here for years never had a problem till now. Very disappointment in the office that money means more to them then there sick patients."
