"A pretty good wait to get in but this is to be expected, they kept me completely posted during the waiting period with updates to when I would be getting in, very much appreciated, once I was in everything went along in a timely manner. The nurses and the nurse practitioner were all so very nice , professional and informed me of what they were doing, and this was at the end of their long day , I would definitely recommend them !"

"I visited this clinic the day after Christmas which is likely one of their busiest days. I heard a lot of people in the waiting room complaining for the wait time, which was indeed long. However if you follow the registration instructions online it’s laid out very clearly how long the wait time is and when you should start to head to the clinic to check in. That way you don’t have to wait physically in the office for several hours. Once I was notified to check in on site, I was seen within 15 minutes. About 30 minutes later I was diagnosed and sent on my way with prescriptions. The medical assistant and virtual NP were both very helpful. Just make sure you check in online and follow their instructions to avoid waiting for hours in the office!!"

"Very rarely do I need to go to a walk in medical MainStreet was impressive. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by MainStreet Family Care and the attending staff. Definitely 100 times better than the walk in clinic in Blue Ridge, GA. Everyone there was extremely friendly, it exceptionally clean and there was hardly any wait. Once I got back to the room the nurse was thorough with routine questions and performed the tasks she needed to do. The Physician's assistant was fantastic! She didn't rush me, she listen to everything that dealt with the issue I was having and was kind enough to treat my issue accordingly. To add, she was very friendly, knowledgeable, kind and she truly cares about the patients she see's. If I need a Urgent care or a Walk in medical again I will most definitely go here."
