"Made an appointment for an annual physical, which is fully covered by my insurance. They filed a claim with my insurance and labeled the visit as a regular Dr visit not a physical. Now I am being billed for the deductible. Called billing to have this resolved, got the run around and all they did was submit my bill for review. I have to wait 45 days to get an answer, but there isn't a guarantee the issue will get resolved. How is this possible? We pay insurance to get healthcare coverage only to get taken advantage by those in healthcare as well!!!"

"The practitioners are a joke and don't want to hear what you have to say or voice your concerns. They were very unprofessional and has just overall terrible bedside manners. I was also given a shot without my consent and wasn't even told what it was until the end of the visit. I wasn't advised what meds I would be prescribed or anything. I was told to access the health portal for that info.. when I asked what it was called she said she "didn't know" and to google it. I won't be back... Gamble was the practitioner, so steer clear..."
