The providers listen and (as long as we did our part) we have had amazing results. The educators have been wonderful for our family and the classes have been REMARKABLE! "Brooke has treated my son since 14 and was so convinced this Tandem TSlim pump was better than Medtronic, it has literally destroyed my sons life, they don’t know how to set the basils, his glucose goes from 20 to high, it’s happened since he got but he’s supposed to be ok with it, it’s costing him his vision.& no telling what else, I thought the patient was important shows different he was turned over to a technician from Tandem without medical experience she had open range to his pump.The numbers seem to be the only things that matters."
