"I came the day after I got into a bad car accident to get looked at, they WOULD not do any imaging, even after requested, did not give me anything for pain. Just brushed me off and told me nothing was wrong with me, just a splint on my finger!!! After being seen by a better doctor, I have 7 HERNIATED DISCS, NOT 1 NOT 2 BUT 7 !!!!!!!! Listen to the PAITENT! Some have higher pain tolerance. You running your finger down my spine is not a “TEST” bc your test was WRONG!!!"

"Since I’ve moved to Jacksonville, this is the only ER I will see! The nurses are great and the doctors are quick (as they should be in an ER). Both times that I’ve visited, I was taken good care of. Thank you to the staff for loving your jobs…it shows through your compassion and kindness!"

"This is a very quiet and super fast ER. When I was really sick with the FLU, I went inside I'm said to myself, Yes!!! It's empty, in which I don't have to wait. My dreams has come true. I only had to wait 5 min, saw the nurse, then the doctor. I would say a good 30 minutes overall. I never had any issues here. The staff overall was very polite and nice. Very good ER compared to the other baptist are super busy"

"I don’t know why this place has 2 stars I have been there twice and didn’t wait either times. Nurses were great, clean and spacious rooms, doctors rush a little bit but it an ER so I don’t expect them to sit and chat. They have been great to me."

"My pregnant daughter has been to the hospital downtown Jax 2 times for hypertension. She keeps getting sent home, with no help from the L&D department to advocate for induction. She was told she would be induced, then called back to change in the induction date because the hospital could not get her a bed. She was told she owed nothing, and 24 hours later was told she owed 12k. They have no clue what they are doing!!!!!!! They are NOT meeting their vision, values, or mission statement. Not one nurse has advocated for my daughter who is not only over her due date, but has high blood pressures now. It certainly seems this group is not interested in patient care, but dollars. They either don't understand the definition of communication and collaboration stated in the nursing philosophy, or they just DON'T CARE!!!!!! Huge disappointment!!!!!!!!!!!!"
