"On May 30, 2021, the closing crew gave the best customer service I've had/seen at any DQ store. Instead of catching attitudes or turning customers away so they could finish closing, they kindly served everyone present and even politely summoned everyone to pick up his or her order accordingly. They didn't use ticket numbers -- they actually remembered who ordered what! I was impressed by these young people's professionalism. If that's their normal business etiquette, they deserve a raise. As long as they keep up their etiquette, each if them has a bright future ahead of them. Great job!"
