"We used the CHOPS facility for her sedated MRI last fall and again this week for her IV iron infusions. Each time we have visited the facility we are blown away at how friendly the staff are, from the moment we check in to the moment we leave. We are especially thankful for CHOPS taking such amazing care of our daughter during her infusions. She has become quite fearful of anything medical and we are SO thankful she has been able to have some positive experiences in this facility. Child Life has been incredible and always make sure to let us know what to expect and make a plan to alleviate any fears for my daughter. The nurses have been excellent as well. They are so attentive to our needs, always let us know what the plan is without me having to ask, and are so sweet and patient with my daughter. Every single staff member we encountered had a smile on their face and was so friendly. We've had some not so great experiences at other facilities in the past and we are relieved to have found such amazing pediatric care at Atrium Navicent. We are truly thankful from the bottom of our hearts."

"My grand baby7 months old was brought in because he was wheezing and severe coughing, they said he was fine just a cold. Didn't run any test in and out. It was a big rush. We just wasput in a triage room. Went to the Dr office after they worked him in soon as we left the hospital and he was admitted because his lungs sounded horrible. Smh . They dont dont treat children line they are supose to everything is a rush now days no good care just all about numbers!!!!"

"This place is an absolute joke. We came in by ambulance due to my daughter having chest pain trouble breathing and a VERY HIGH HEART RATE. We get there she’s taken to a room and we didn’t see anyone for a good 2 hours. The dr finally wanted to come around and said it was nothing. I had to demand a chest xray, for my daughter to be swabbed for flu covid and etc and lab work. The dr refused labs. Then I told her that my daughter heart rate is not normal I want test done, why was this not being checked while here. She told me that she was sorry I did not like her 10 years of peds work and walked out. This dr has also misdiagnosed my child before. I will go else where"

"I had to bring my daughter here tonight for some respiratory issues. Her nurses were AWESOME. However,… we saw Dr. Patel and he was probably the rudest doctor I’ve ever experienced. At one point he came in our room and said her tests results were taking a while to finish so he asked if I could go home and they will just call me when they know something. I obviously said no because we drove an hour there and I wasn’t leaving until I had answers. When I told him no, he rolled his eyes and walked out. Not even 5 minute later he came in and the results were suddenly ready. Thank god we waited because she was very sick. If he’s there, I’ll never go back."

"My grandson has been in this hospital Twice now. The Doctor and Nurses are wonderful. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. They are great with the children. They have a play room for all ages, toys , play station, Xbox, in the rooms they have Xbox for them to play , games, at times they do crafts in the play room . They give the kids their own throw blankets to take home, a stuff animal to take home . I think this Hospital is pretty awesome. Thanks to you all"
