"Brought my child in for fever and ear ache. They refused to see my child over a 10 no show when and when I called and rescheduled no one picked up. I did not have the 10 dollars at the time and they refused to see my fever, sick ear infected child all over 10 dollars when they are going to charge her insurance over 10 dollars. Hell they could’ve added a 10 to the insurance. To refuse to see a fever 2 year old over 10 dollars is insane!!!!"

"I’m currently in my late 20s. I was a patient here since a newborn up until 18 years of age. This establishment was so good back when Dr. Rosenfeld was here. Now that Dr. Kelly is retiring, it’s time for me to switch my children over to a new pediatric doctor. The wait time here is ridiculously long and tedious. I miss the old nurses and receptionists who were all so friendly and professional. These new people have bad attitudes and don’t care at all! My child suffered from an injury from one of the nurses here! She pricked my baby’s finger too rough, and my baby’s finger was sore and hurting for an entire week! She complained about it a lot, and I could barely touch it without her whining. She also injected her shots into her leg horribly. She stuck the needle in too deep and was being rough with my daughter. My children are no longer patients at this dismantled facility! They should be shut down completely with all the horrible and unfair treatment given to their patients!!! I must say that Dr. Wagner is a great addition to this establishment. However, she better run while she can to another facility or either help turn this place around."

"This place has gone down tremendously! I asked for my child form to be filled out and asked for the cost and I paid at the beginning before services were rendered only to be told it was gonna be an extra $40 because she discussed behavior and she added it on while we were at the window before we left out! I brought the form two weeks before and asked how is supposed to be billed so I could make sure it’s paid and not have to be billed! Sounds like they’re scalping money! They charged $120 for the office visit and $20 for the hematocrit because he already had his dental hearing and vision done at the health department! They told me it would be under a health n wellness visit in order for the form to be filled out for his IEP/504 plan! And yes they’ll go back and forth with you! Which is very unprofessional and the 2 lady at the front desk started lying saying she didn’t know why I was there and she didn’t see the form when I brought it 2 weeks ago! Now I see why all of the providers are leaving and why they can’t keep nobody here! They’re horrible I wouldn’t recommend coming here! And no I will no longer be coming here!"

"I absolutely love the doctors here, especially Dr.Weselman, Dr. D & Dr.Kelly. My daughter has been coming since 2019, but the receptionist staff & nurse staff(except Nurse Lisa) is horrible. They have absolutely no customer service and speak to people like they’re stupid, and as if they’re doing us a favor when they’re supposed to be providing a service. It’s like they’re mad that they have to do the job they chose! Within the last year the employees that they’ve been rotating have gotten worse as they go. The lady at the front desk with the headphone is always arguing with you about what you’ve been doing and accustomed to for the time you’ve been there. And or giving the wrong information as well as telling you what you have and have not done. This lady told me she could give me no information on MY CHILD, where I’m the legal & primary parent. Yes, I was beyond baffled, she then tried to argue me that I had 2 kids in their chart instead of 1. Which I found hilarious since I only have ONE CHILD. They will give you an appointment knowing there aren’t enough providers on staff to rotate all the kids coming in, and then portray lack of understanding after you’ve been sitting there for 3 hrs. When you call up there, they act like you’re asking them for so much when you’re trying to make or cancel an appointment, and that’s if they even answer the phone. I’m honestly fed up with them and I’m going else where as it’s not getting any better."

"This office is Severely unprofessional and lazy! I have been attempting to get paperwork completed for my child's food allergy for over 3 weeks. I have called, emailed, and gone in person and no one helps. I'm either placed on hold for over 10 minutes, told I will receive a call back, or hung up on! One lady specifically told me she hung up on me because she has on a headset?!?! I will be transferring providers immediately. This office is not what it used to be."
