"One of the best doctor offices I have ever been to. If your appointment is at 1, they see you at 1. Everyone throughout the office from front desk staff, to the nurses, to the doctors are totally professional and knowledgeable, kind and caring. Such a pleasant experience when you're feeling down. "Well ... with all due respect to those who have had negative experiences there, as far as I am concerned, so far so good. I took my fiance in for chest pain/shortness of breath/fever/etc after being diagnosed with the flu last week. She was borderline unconscious & slumped over in a wheelchair when I brought her in. I said the words 'Chest Pain' and she was taken to an exam room immediately; they called the stat triage team in so quickly that they met us on the way in. When the doctor arrived and started talking about CT scans, X-rays, bloodwork, etc., the first thing that went through my mind was that I would be there until dawn. Much to my surprise, the nurses and techs were lining up outside her room. As of this writing, she is resting comfortably in the ICU. The staff was courteous, professional, and respectful - the only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 ... she is still in the hospital."
"Had both my babies here. The nurses, techs, and other staff are all WONDERFUL! Even the food is good - and patients are offered different options for meals (being a picky eater, this is awesome in my book). My only complaint as a patient is that it seems there is always someone coming in to check on you, run some test, or offer some service while you are trying to sleep - but then, as the first 24-48 hours of an infant's life are critical, I know that's not completely avoidable. Rooms are kept very clean, too."
"Worst hospital ever. I'd recommend firing everyone and starting over. Their doctors are good. The nurse staff is uncaring and the billing department sucks."
"The night doc was about to send my husband home with the stomach flu had it not been for shift change and Dr. Carr, who determined he needed emergency surgery right away and saved his life. I'd like to give Dr. Carr 5 stars, but would like to have seen the other doc fired."
