"Exceptional Dr. and his Staff are also wonderful. I saw a comment from another patient giving 1 Star to The Ark. That is ridiculous. I have been a patient for 21 years almost, and I can honestly say that I am positive that Dr. Havens is not out just to make money off of his patients. He and his staff truly care."

"I will rarely leave a negative review but feel I should warn everyone. In addition to the fact that I tried to resolve this issue with Dr. Haven's, only to be told that 'I will do what I need to do,' I have never heard of a Psych that requires and appointment EVERY time you need to renew a prescription. And I asked around. We met in person but, I travel for work and we do the follow up by appointment by phone - $145 for 25 minutes. He was 1.5 hours late and only spent 13 minutes with me & renewed ONE prescription. He NEVER told me that I would have to make an appointment each time I needed a renewal. That sounds like someone who is only interested in getting rich and not treating their patient. I'm so disappointed and will be disputing the charges on my card. I told the office I would be doing this. I will also be going on every site to share this information since the doctor refused to phone me back or call in a prescription. Not good psychiatry. Find someone who is interested in treating your needs not his wallet."
