"Recently, I have been exposed to both ends of the spectrum of hospital culture, both of which I did not know existed. Last week after a terrible experience at North Fulton Hospital in Alpharetta, one so bad we left AMA, against medical advice, after some of the worst hospital service and culture I’ve personally witnessed in my 60 years. Absolutely terrible. After leaving and resting at home for a day, it was suggested we get to back to an ER. Not knowing where to go, we drove to Northside Hospital Cherokee only to witness an entirely different medical world. From the time we met Brooke at front check in, through several hours of ER wait, to being admitted, Northside Hospital has the patient experience in mind. Every Northside employee, from all the medical staff to admin to facilities, treat patients as if they are true family members…… the culture is very different. If you have a choice, stay away from Wellstar North Fulton, and I highly recommend any Northside Facility in Atlanta, especially Northside Cherokee. This will be our family hospital going forward. Thanks Northside for proving high quality medical care does exist."

"Worst hospital. Improperly give meds will not help with side effects. Make fun of suffering Worse off was told medication lasted 2days. The max effect lasts 2 day. It stays in the body over a week. Clauses extreme anixiety!! Gave Tylenol and dropped it in the foor, my pain and anixiety is through the roof! 2 days later. Allergy no better ! Still very swollen Had to go to doctor on Monday. If you get anaphylactic skip North Fulton ,"
