"I have to give a low rating based off the people who were helping me because they were not following safety sanitary health measures and best practices. I am a secret shopper/patient and I work for the CDC and we go to various offices within Georgia to make sure that people are following the correct process in terms of making sure the office and patients are safe. What we witnessed was that no one , including the doctor did not use hand sanitizer upon entering and exiting the room. This should be the standard in all offices . We know that a majority of primary care offices follow this process. It only makes sense, if you are going from room to room and engaging with patients, you should use the hand sanitizer upon entering and leaving. We have visited all four locations and we definitely observed that both employees and the doctors would cough or sneeze into their hand. Even if it is a light cough or tickle in your throat. If you are coughing or sneezing, please use your elbow. When you blow your nose, you should really go to the bathroom , so you can then wash your hands. Please do not blow your nose into one piece of tissue and then, continue to type on the computer. Yes, I observed that happen at an office. That is very unprofessional and unsanitary. Even if it is your own computer, because what happens next is that you touch a doorknob to the bathroom and the next person touches your germs. I cannot recommend Bariatric innovations because of the unsanitary health practices that are used by the employees. Please do better Northside at educating your employees and selecting employees who actually care about this matter.and not only thinking about themselves. Most likely these people probably are the same way at home and that is actually the worst."
