"UPDATE: In a further example of disregard and lack of consideration for their elderly patient, a bill arrived today for $50 saying that she did not show up for her appointment. So not only did they refuse to see her. They have now charged her for refusing to seeing her. Thank you Chattanooga Heart Institute, I hope she has learned her lesson. ORIGINAL POST: If you are 83 years old and have a hard time finding transportation to your appointment that is 1 hour away, you better not be 15 minutes late. You will be sent away. Their message seems to be, "Better luck, next time, maybe you will get to see us". Mean, uncaring, and only 2 people in the waiting room. We won't be back, which is sad because we do like Dr. Fowler. The elderly don't always have the luxury of timely transportation."

"This review is for the front fesk; Dr. Fowler is his doctor and no complaints there. My husband was late for an appointment due to his own mistake: he incorrectly recorded the appointment time. One of the front desk ladies made a bad situation worse by being rude, mouthy, and completely unhelpful. She needs to remember she is dealing with other humans and treat them accordingly. Beware if you mistakenly are late for an appointment. The front desk will make sure you regret it."
