"On October 15th I called to get an appointment for a medical problem and was told that my doctor wouldn't be in the office until the week of November 11th. Was asked if I would like to see one of the other doctors in the group, I said yes, they said it would be October 31st. I told the girl on the phone that I would just have to go to urgent care.
