"Alright customer service. Didn't have to wait to order. Food came out quick."

"Take out order of sliced pork and Jalapeno corn. Sliced pork looked like sliced turkey. Couldn't really tell either way because it was tasteless. Had no choice but to put some barbecue sauce on it. Ate one slice of the bread with a few slices of the "pork" and a tiny taste of the corn. Decided to return the remainder to the restaurant instead of writing a poor review like this one--which I told the cashier that I did not want to do. Was told by the cashier that I could order something else, which I declined, but asked if a portion of the total price could be refunded. She stated that she could not do it but would get the manager/owner?? to come talk with me. I waited a few minutes, watched a couple people in the back peek out at me, then decided to just leave. Should have saved my time and gas and just did what I'm doing now. Thank you for your response to my review. I question the time your camera captured me leaving, just as I question that you were able to review the camera/footage and check the pork in one minute, but I will let this go because I see that it's a lost cause. There are ample BBQ establishments in and around Albany that I've had no issues with. Just thought I'd try you guys because there really wasn't anyone there at the time and I wanted to get some food quickly. I wasted my time coming back in person to address my dissatisfaction today. "My family and I tried a little bit of everything tonight and it was all absolutely amazing! The staff was very nice and our order was ready quickly. Probably some of the best potato salad I've ever had!! The bbq sauces are also awesome"

"This place has really good bar-b-cue! I had the combo platter because I couldn't decide on what I wanted.The ribs were tender, juicy and fall off the bone good. The brisket was well seasoned with just the right amount of smoke, not dry or tough. The sides were hot and fresh and the sweet tea was just right for my southern taste. Excellent service, great food with good portions. I will definitely be a return customer."
