"I went and picked up my food last and I seen a roach next to my food. I tried to capture a picture but it’s kind of blurry because the roach was moving fast. I asked for 3 packets (red pepper flakes, Parmesan, and season) she then proceeded to tell me that they charge for that and I said okay I still want it. It came to $0.64. As I’m trying to Apple Pay their machine wasn’t working. When she handed me my boxes is when I seen the roach run out. I pointed to the roach and asked the employee is that a roach? She began to laugh and shake her head. I said you know what don’t even worry about it, I would like a refund. The manager came and refunded me as he apologized. I never felt so disgusted i. My life because that’s where I order my kids and I food from quite often."

"Pizza was flavorless. The texture off-putting (too soft) & barely had sauce. Granted I ain’t been to Papa Johns in YEARS but I distinctly remember their sauce use to taste almost fresh with a hint of sweetness and they had THE BEST CHEESE (flavor & texture) in the franchise pizza game and the cook on it use to be PERFECT but THIS PIZZA present day, noooo! It was floppy, sauceless, flavorless just not good and the little sauce that was on there taste more acidic than it use to. I wanted a different slice than my usual Marcos but this wasn’t the move. Service was quick. Restaurant appeared clean."

"The service was great. Only a little longer than the 31-41 mins it stated it would take. I gave review a 3 due to missing one of my spicy rolls and one being smaller than others. Also both papadias were slightly burned. We all made do but I could taste the burn."
