"I have been seeing Dr. Yeager for the last year, and in every visit she has been helpful, however is impossible to get someone to answer the phone in her clinic. Trying to re-schedule and no one answering for the last 6 hours. I needed an emergent consult in the past and decided to go to another clinic for the reason that nobody answers my calls. Even making a payment is a struggle. Mixed feelings about this place cause I do like the Dr. but the lack of response is an issue for me."

"Dr. Yeager has been my personal favorite family doctor that I've ever had. She is so nice and always willing to listen and help.. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming."

"I saw Dr. Yeager-Smith for several years, and the receptionist was extremely rude on multiple occasions and downright mean a couple of times. After I expressed my frustration about her behavior, she claimed the doctor wouldn't allow her to schedule me for any more appointments. It was also nearly impossible to get through to request a refill or make an appointment, and when the receptionist makes a mistake, such as referring you to a different specialist than the one the doctor told you to see (twice), and you ask her to fix it, she will become belligerent and insist that you're mistaken. So, you'll just have to either see whatever specialist the receptionist feels like referring you to or find a different primary care doctor."

"Dr. Yeager and all of her staff are amazing! Every time I call needing to make an appointment or have my meds refilled they are on top of it immediately. Very professional yet make you feel like they really do care about you as a person. I will not even consider going to someone else!"

"This office has the absolute rudest staff I've ever encountered. My mother is a patient of Dr. Yeager's and just loves her to bits. However, when my mother called there she was treated poorly by the lady who answers the phone. When my mom asked for an appointment to discuss a specific medication with Dr. Yeager she was told "She's just going to say the same thing I told you." When my mom asked if she'd offended the lady somehow she was told YES! Because she had brought in a report from a referral she'd been to that they feel she shouldn't have had (HER OWN MEDICAL RECORDS). My mother even tried to apologize and the lady told her that it didn't sound like an apology and lectured her on how the office is short staffed and only has 2 girls. The whole experience has been wildly outrageous. I can't believe Dr. Yeager allows her staff to treat her patients that way! If my mom didn't love Dr. Yeager so much, I'd give ONE star."
