"I am a patient there, I’ve only been there a handful of times but I’ve always been treated well by all the staff. My mother, my 16 ur old son and my uncle also go there and they also love Rachael. That being said, the person who was obviously making a jab at the man who felt like Dr Lifes bedside manner was less than personable due to a prescription he’s been on for many years should know that someone who has been on benzos for an extended period shouldn’t be taken off of them cold turkey. It can kill the person taking them by doing this. Also we have no idea what he was prescribed them for nor is it our business. Every person that takes benzodiazepines or opioids/pain medication, is not a drug seeker, and if the person has become addicted over the years it’s a normal physiological reaction after many years. It can and will happen to anyone who has been prescribed these medications for a long period of time. I hope and pray you never need any of these drugs and find yourself in front of a doctor that treats you less than."

"First visit January 17 2017. Dr life entered my room he was very unprofessional, he never asked anything about why I was there, he never responded to anything I had to say, he showed no interest in me as a patient. He only talked down to me because of a medication that my former Dr. Prescribed for me many years ago. While I was trying to talk he shoved papers in my hand and told me he had patients to see and just left me standing there. Before they told me that they would accept me as a patient they wanted my list of all medication, because I was taking clonazepam he didn't like it and told me I had no business taking it . I feel he has already profiled me as a Drug addict and has showed nothing but disrespect for me.also I have been waiting for a month for a referral for a cardiologist at St. Mary's but still no help.i spoke to my Insurance co. Today and they agreed that it sounds like profiling also. I have no confidence in this facility and don't believe I will not receive the care I deserve."
