"This is my stop almost every work morning. I order online and pick up on my way in . They always have me ready . I have never had any problems with this location or the one located on 78 hy.stone mountain."

"Feels like everyone has given up here. I work less than a min walk from this place and I refuse to waste my money at this place anymore. The staff does not care and are not trained. They are ALWAYS out of coconut shots on the rare occasions I am forced to go to this location. They NEVER have the ham and Swiss croissant stuffers which is the only thing worth eating there. When they were selling the bage twist this was a problem as well. Obviously no one cares about the customers here. I don't understand how a place that is designed to be so simple can be screwed up so badly. I will be investing in an espresso maker for this very reason."

"I know this is a new location and the help is obviously new as well but I was embarrassed by the service. I was with a friend who ordered first and we went and sat to wait for our orders. The guy came over and handed me a coffee so I assumed it was mine without comparing the order number. It was very sweet but tasted okay. I ate my donut which was okay. Then my friend's food and coffee came and she realized the coffee she was given was mine. At first they said keep it and they would remake hers. Then they decided to be petty and made her give what was really my coffee back. She got suspicious when she got the drink back and it didn't taste like the last time she had it there. So she took it back and got a refund. She suspects they poured the original in a new cup and added syrup. In any case they give a dishonest and unprofessional vibe that is off-putting."

"I wanted to like this location. But...this is the 2nd out of 4 times that I've gone to this location personally (doesn't include the times I've been here to do a pick up order for customers) and they are inconsistent with the quality of food they serve. My prior visit a couple of months ago they sold me very stale hard dry doughnuts! I was shocked. This last visit this week they gave us the worst made egg and cheese wake up wraps I've ever bought. I could tell they did not clean the toaster oven they toasted the wraps in from all the black stuff on the outside of the wraps. Gross. I went back and politely asked them if they either could remake the wraps or give a refund. They offered to remake the wraps. Instead they literally took the exact same wraps they had already made us the first time and threw them right back in the toaster oven and over cooked them burning the cheese inside. They thought that because I couldn't see what they were doing in the kitchen that I wouldn't know any better. Very insulting and a waste of our time! I checked the wraps and had to ask them for a refund once I recognized immediately what they did. They then told me that they didn't know how to refund my money for the wraps back onto my debit card. So they offered to give me a gift card instead. They wasted so much of our time and though they don't know what they're doing at all."
