"I wanted wings real wings, so when my wife said she was going to Zaxby's I asked her to get me an order of wings hot. They were absolutely the worst wings I ever had. I don't usually do ratings but trust me they were not in anyway tasty at all. I put Frank's on them and ate two pieces, and threw the rest in the trash. I'm done with Zaxby's."

"My son and live in the area and we stopped eating at this location because the food, place was an overall disappoint. Well, today we didn’t feel like taking the long drive to the Zaxbys we normally go to for good service. We purchased food at the Conyers location and the food was so good. Everything we order was in the bag. Please keep up the good work, we’ll be back!!"

"This wasn't our best Zaxby's experience. Considering that service is usually very good, I was extremely disappointed. We ordered ahead through the app. At the speaker they said they were getting our food ready but at the window they said our food wasn't ready yet, so they asked us to wait in the drive thru / mobile order parking spot & that someone would bring our food out shortly. We waited about 20 mins and still no food! We went in & our food was bagged up sitting on the counter & the cashier couldn't tell me why it never came out to us. She was very nonchalant like we should just be happy we got our food. We had to request our drinks & the meal we ordered only had about 5 fries. We got our drinks & some fresh fries but the whole point of drive thru pickup if a mobile order is to not to have to leave your car. Overall it was a very poor experience."

"12/12/2023: roughly 855. For starters, the drive-thru menu is not close enough to the young lady taking orders. We had to drive up to the menu and reverse to place our order. The young lady was accommodating and pleasant. We pulled up to the window, and the young lady did not greet us. We spoke 1st in saying, "Hello." We received our order from a young white male named James. We were checking our order to make sure it was correct when he opened the drive-thru window and said "Yes" with an attitude. We stated that we were ok and didn't need anything, and he replied "Well move!" Again, with an attitude to 2 African American ADULTS old enough to be his parents or even his grand parents. He was rude and disrespectful. He ignored us when we WANTED to reply. James needs to be reprimanded, and he owes us an apology. This was a very disturbing visit, and I will be contacting corporate!"

"I ordered the Zak meal only got 2 fingers. Also ordered the Cobb salad with no chicken Only 1 piece of bacon. They put cheese on the side that I didn't request. Bad service my mobile order was not ready. The worst part they couldn't find it so an extra 30 minutes of waiting after I provided the confirmation. I didn't get extra sauces as requested. My fries weren't seasoned"
