"I used to love coming here with my friends and family. The establishment was recently remodeled. However when I came to visit this past weekend, my friend ordered a Jerk Chicken Caesar Salad and to our surprise, she found a nail in her salad! Not a fingernail…a nail that you drill into the wall! Our waiter compensated us by taking the salad off the tab and giving us a discount. In my opinion, the table should’ve been free. Cause had she bit into that nail, it would have been a different story. And a nail cant possibly be that hard to miss ESPECIALLY when prepping a meal that consists of only lettuce, chicken, and dressing. I’ve sent a complaint to the Rockdale County Health Department and would suggest that whoever made the salad be removed from the line! Will not be eating at this location again!"

"Pizza was delicious! Might just be the best spinach and artichoke dip we’ve had thus far. We will definitely be back!"

"I came in with a relatively large group. I normally don’t like Mellow Mushroom’s pizza because of their crust (I know… that’s on me!), but I enjoyed the crust I had here. Our server was Andrew, and he was a little inattentive— I had to ask him multiple times for a refill and for a box. It was a little disappointing, but he might have just been having a bad day. I ordered the build your own pizza and got a large-size pizza with pepperoni and spinach. The pizza was delicious, and the leftovers tasted just as good. All in all, it was a good experience, and I think the food was worth it."

"I ordered the veggie pizza and it's hand made fresh, but bland. A manager walks around to see if you're ready to leave by offering TOGO boxes instead of checking on guess (I felt rushed to finish). A Mellow Mushroom associate was asked to wipe down a table and she did was sweep crumbs onto the floor with a card. I won't be back too often."
