Whataburger

"I waited in the drive-thru line for 45 minutes before deciding to go inside. Once, I placed the order inside, and it took 20 minutes to get my food, and everything was cold. Grilled cheese wasn't melted, fries, onion rings, chicken nuggets, and the burger was cold. The staff is young and doing their best. They need to bring some people from Alabama and Florida to get the staff trained correctly. Someone please help these people before this store put a stain on the brand."

"Good customer. Kind of friendly. Very clean. You can get breakfast. Known for their burgers. Also sell wings here. Drive through available. Dine in or take out. Delivery services must go inside to pickup. If the door is locked the delivery services should go through drive through. Also make sure the staff member gives you the correct order. Plenty of parking"

"This is a new location. We went on a Saturday evening around 5pm. It was very busy on the inside and in the drive thru. We went inside. The inside is the usual fast food atmosphere. The only difference is they give you a number when you order and bring your food to the table if you dine in. I gave everything 3 stars because there was nothing that stood out to me from any other fast food burger joint. We dined in, and It took our food about 15 minutes to get to our table. I decided to order extra fries after we started eating and they never arrived to the table. After a 10-15 minute wait, I went to the counter to get them. By that time, we had finished our burgers. It was nothing exceptional about our experience. But if I want a burger and I'm in the area of a location , I'll probably stop, but I won't go out of my way to get a whataburger."
