"Only rating this for website. Website reflected closing at midnight. I went through the drive thru at 2255. Very pleasant voice recording advised they were closed. Maybe they should update the website to reflect correct hours our have the employees that are in the lobby eating turn off the light. I'm being sarcastic."

"I was not greeted at all properly. I was waiting for assistance and when the gentleman arrived he said he was polite but still was not professional. I worked at McDonald's for years and we always say how can I help you. That never happened this day. 2nd the counter top was dirty. I can tell they didn't have enough workers that day so I just simply asked for a towel to wipe it down. I was told they didn't have any towels...yikes...okay that not good. I choose to go to this location because of the okay place for the kids, but they need more help and a class on customer service. I wish asked my niece to go and ask for extra mayonnaise but to make sure she day excuse me, they ignored her. I had to get up and walk over for them to pay her any attention. This was a perfect example of showing her what not to do in your job. Let's be better ppl no matter were you work it's a blessing to have employment."

"The Burger King in Centerville is awful and I can not recommend it. The people are great. They just never have what they advertise. They had no melts...even though it was being advertised by the front door. I decided to try the Ghost Pepper Whopper being advertised on their menu board. They didn't have it. This isn't the first time I've experienced this, but I wanted to give them a chance. Never again. Do yourself a favor. Go to the downtown BK. Far better."

"Visited 1/28 at 840am. This was the worst experience ever at a drive-through. Received cold hashbrowns in the drive-through asked for it to be refunded and the cashier couldn’t do basic math. If I gave her a $10 bill and only bought two croissant sandwiches for 5 plus tax. I should have received $4.70 back however, it took 10 minutes to get $4 change and she still did not get it that she shorted me. This is why it’s very important to get a quality education because you have people working the cash register that can’t think independent of the cash register doing the math for them"

"This was our first time in a Burger King restaurant and this store definitely exemplifies great customer service and a warm and welcoming staff. Nicole, the store manager was very nice with her welcoming smile and friendliness. Our order was done correctly and promptly. The store was clean and well maintained. Restroom was very clean. I highly recommend this place. Thanks team for making it a great experience for my wife and I."
