The service was mediocre but they were fairly busy. I had better food & service at the Loganville location."

"Visited this breakfast restaurant a few years ago for and waited for an hour to be seated. The food was okay, not anything to write home about. My second experience was in October 2023. It was crowded, and we waited 40 minutes to be seated. The service was sub-par for such a popular spot. I was in a party of 3, and different servers brought out the orders in 5-minute increments. By the time the last person was served, the first orders were cold. To add insult to injury, the presentation was horrible. The patatoes were undercooked, burritos soggy and food extremely salty. Needless to say, we picked at a few things on the plates, left most items untouched, paid, and then left. Will never eat at First Watch again, and I definitely do not recommend it."
