"Be careful when taping your card for payment. It will automatically add a tip that you didn't authorize and then they will look at you stupid when you tell them you did not tip. The young working just shrugged her shoulders and asked me why am I complaining to her? I'm like what, OK where's the manager she then proceeded to "Call the manager" which didn't answer. Very disappointing!!!!! Be careful with your debit/credit cards, you've been warned!!!!!!!!"
"To make a long story short, I had lunch at this subway about 3x week, since I worked within walking distance. I would always order a veggie delight. One day I decided to order a turkey sandwich and the staff refused, stating that they believe I was ordering the turkey sandwich to receive the special price and would throw away the turkey! It goes without saying that I was upset and couldn't believe this nonsense. I didn't plan to throw away the turkey, but once I pay for it, I'm at liberty to do whatever I want with it! Corporate refused to help stating its a franchise and individually owned. Haven't ate subway since!"
