"I went to this dunkin this morning with my husband and kids in Indian trail. Worst experience ive seen in any fast food chain the person at the front counter was lazy. When we asked him a question he just kept mumbling it and after asking 4 times. He stoped answering then the person sneezed in his hands and went to go make our food without washing his hands my husband was discussed and left the. Restaurant and did not want to dine there anymore every week there is new staff here from now on ill go to another dunkin this one is extremely unsanitary and bad customer service."
"Read the reviews people! I wish I would have sooner. Don’t come to this location unless you have 30+ mins to wait and want the wrong order. Updated review: tried giving them another try (everyone makes mistakes) BUUUUT all I ordered was a bacon avocado toast thinking there’s no way anything could go wrong this time but boy was I wrong. Their bacon must be invisible. Please don’t waste your money and time at this location because your order will go wrong somehow always or check your order completely before driving off! Lesson learned the hard way"
"Dunkin' donuts are individually owned. This owner clearly takes pride in his/her business. The staff is fantastic, very fast and professional. Love the clean restrooms. Dining room always feels welcoming and tidy. Highly recommend."
