Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

"Yesterday my fond memories of DQ were ruined. I took my daughters in thinking they were in for a treat. I was so wrong. The cashier was rude, and didn’t understand a simple hot dog question. The drinks fountain was dirty! Old soda or syrup of some sort was on the nozzles- just caked. The inside looks so old and dirty- guaranteed to fail a pop up inspection. The tea was not made, so I tasted some very old stale remnants of tea.. they need to clean their tea canister!! The fruit punch was pure syrup. The water didn’t work at the drink station. The workers all looked like they literally just woke up. The food was decent though.. they didn’t cook it- it was basically heat it and serve. Im afraid to even think what the kitchen area looks like.. man… that just really turns me off to DQ! Like for good. Oh and I ordered a chicken strip basket combo, a burger combo, the 2 for $6 chili cheese dog, and a large onion ring- all for $36- smh! Future guests just order through drive thru- preserve your good memories. If you go inside and look around you will definitely be disgusted!!"

"I’m confused how this place has such bad reviews - I have been several times and had great experiences each time. The employees are all very kind and friendly, and our order is always correct and delicious. I say keep doing what you guys are doing - you can tell it’s a family owned business, you’re doing a great job!"

"I have lived in this area over 10 yrs and always get Chocolate Chip Blizzard. I came here today and ordered same thing the young lady gives me blizzard with Hot Fudge I said I never get this she kept saying this how we make it like I don’t know the difference. I said I’ve been coming for years. I asked her to make it again. She was just silly and childish.. i forget on weekends teenagers are working. I’ll never come again on the weekend. Customer service is horrible. O and the Hot Fudge Sundae we did get was a absolute mess we had to pull over to throw it out it was soooo watery. They have definitely lost a long time customer"

"There was a problem with the soda dispenser, so the only choices were unsweetened ice tea, fruit punch, and lemonade. Both of us got chicken strips. My grandson doesn't like dips. One of the choices for dip was gravy. I decided to try the gravy. It was actually quite good. I recommend it. Then, I had my first dipped butterscotch cone in 35 years. It was so good."

"I'm usually pretty forgiving of fast food restaurants because, well, it's fast food. However, I pulled up to this dairy queen and they were out of the first two blizzards I ordered. That's fine, third times the charm. When I finally started eating it it had an odd taste. I finally took a bite of just the ice cream and realized it tasted like rotten milk. The owners clearly do not care about the product they serve. Avoid this location!"
