"They said it will take 15min so I went i to my car and came back after 15min and they said it’s still not ready. I had to wait 1hr. After taking my order the chicken wings was put into broken bowl so the sauce leaked into my car seat by the time I got home. Terrible experience!!!"

"Ordered pizza for delivery. I live in a gated community and let the driver know the gate on the resident side is open. Driver kept saying the gate was closed. I had to go meet the driver at the gate just to get my food. I paid a delivery charge to basically pick up my own food because the driver didn’t want to come to my door. After I met the driver at the gate he just got out of his car and stood there until I asked him if he was delivery driver for Pizza Hut."

"I don’t why but this place bread stick is hard as a rock. They are very oily too. It’s hurt my tongue to chew these bread sticks. This the only Pizza Hut that has this problem and unfortunately it’s the one near me. I couldn’t finish the bread due to hardness. Sad"
