"I visited this location today for dinner and had the worst experience. Staff unprofessional and gave me small amounts of food. I frequent this location so I know they can give more food than what I received. The staff was so stand-off I did not want to ask for anything additional. I asked Manager how can I give feedback and she said, she didn’t know after looking at my receipt. A young man came in and staff came from back to greet him, they laughed and talk to him so nicely. Myself and my family will not go to this location anymore."

"We recently experienced the worst customer service at our local Moe's so I didn't have high expectations when we walked in. Boy, was I surprised. The ambiance and the decor was absolutely gorgeous. The food looked so fresh and yummy. Even the salsa station was outstanding and so clean and well kept. Restrooms were well lit and clean. The staff was out of this world friendly. Laughing with us, being so polite and courteous. Just plain amazing. I was so blown away by this. I wish they weren't so far from my home, or I would come here every single week. :) Well done to whomever is the franchise owner of this location!"

"This location has improved 100% compared to the last time I was here about a year or more ago. Everything was clean and well stocked, the high school boys working the counter were all really nice and accommodating. Great job, boys! And my quesadilla was perfect!"

"Good service, portions are terrible. Just look at the size of this Burrito. Extra protein at this moes is 4 dollars, not 3 dollars 4 bucks. They really hold back on ingredients in your burrito, big time. Huge dissapointment, same size as my water cup!! Just go to a Mexican restaurant and order a burrito to go there, for around the same price you will be satisfied."
