"Probably the worst CFA I’ve been to. The food was typical CFA quality, but the customer service was terrible. The teens working the drive through line had the most disinterested faces and absolutely no customer service. They mumbled, made barely any eye contact, couldn’t spell “Nathan”, and kept entering my order in wrong. I get that you need staff to run your business, but instead of hiring a bunch of low quality employees that ruin your brand, hire a smaller team that works hard and has the right attitude and pay them more. Never coming back to this location again"

"Between the little kid running all over the dining room and punching in the door code and running around the back and the old playa wearing sunglasses at night talking about all his women and speaking down to the lady sweeping the floors it was a pretty eventful dinner tonight. Food was ok have had better."

"It seems like they always forget an item or more when ordering takeouts. Today they completely forgot to put chicken nugget meal on my order. Thanks for being so consistent… Update: And the streak goes on… Recommend traveling extra miles to go to another branch."

"The construction of this chick fil an either really sucks or they haven’t figured out a system yet for it to run smoothly. Everybody is everywhere doing everything. The staff is ok at best. Not the typical “chick fil a” service you “expect”. They tore down another location near by so I assume they plan to get this one in order..it’s certainly not there yet."

"The first time was great the second time I came which was at night and received very bad service and we highly disrespected and disappointed. Saturday October 14th around 8pm went ordered food and I told the cashier to tell whosever baggin my food to please put on gloves because no one on the front line has on glove and you’re suppose to wear gloves when you’re dealing with food period a customer should never have to tell an employee to put on gloves smh one of the girls had on a bandage on her hand and you can see the red stain from blood coming through her bandage and she was bagging everyone’s food with a bloody hand without any gloves on smh that’s not acceptable and shouldn’t be acceptable then I asked for the store manager and a young girl her name is shalon came to give me a refund cause I asked for one and she gets really rude to me because I’m mad about what I saw instead of her being concerned about the customer and her employee not wearing gloves with a bloody hand she’s more concerned about why I’m getting a refund she’s very unprofessional she lied about being the store manager so I call corporate and they filed a complaint and sent it to that location for the General Manager to give me a call back but still no response smh"
