Burger King

"This is worst customer service I seen in any Burger King fast food. Manger locks doors hour half before schedule while I'm inside and sits down refusing to make order stating he touches money so he don't touch food. Then he sits in drive thru refuse to take my order just to get number from female in vehicle. The Burger King on Memorial Drive , Decatur, GA"

"I go to a lot of fast food places and this is one of the only ones I've been to where I consistently get at least 90% of my order right every time. phenomenal work. I go to this place relatively frequently and I swear there's only one guy working here. the food is what you expect. it is a burger king."

"So disappointed. I understand the store was only being staffed by 2 guys but they weren't busy. When we walked in there was one customer in the lobby waiting for food and maybe 2 cars in the drive thru. We were patient. When he was able to take our order I tried making it quick and relatively uncomplicated. Ordered a Bacon King meal for my boyfriend and myself. I'm not fond of mayonnaise so requested mine have only ketchup & mustard, seemed simple. Immediately he says, "you might as well get a double whopper and add cheese and bacon". I was under the impression the sandwich I ordered came with more bacon and no lettuce, tomatoes or onions which is why I ordered it. I wanted jalapeno poppers or cheese sticks and maybe pie but instead decided not to order anything more not wanting anymore of his unwelcome advice. I see now, from my boyfriend's unaltered sandwich, that I was correct about the bacon. What I can't understand is how asking for ketchup & mustard means I want less bacon?? On top of the irritation with ordering, both of our meals were ice cold. Won't be back anytime soon."

"Don't think I'll be returning to this location, I placed my order and then the manager told the cook to start making my food, but I noticed the cook was working on one of the machines, he then stopped and proceeded to prepare my food without changing his gloves. I walked out, was asked where was I going I said I would be back but got in my car and left. And their score was 75, so you know they not clean up in there...!!!"
