"I love this place, but the service here is absolutely terrible. The quality of this place could be so much better if the service was decent. They take 40 minutes to do EVERYTHING. Even on slow days. They need to consider hiring more staff and people. It shouldn’t take 40 minutes for a drink , then another 40 for hookah, and then nearly 50 minutes for food. If you are on break or only have an hour or two to spare, DON’T even bother coming here because the service is the exact same everytime I come.. Literally to the point where I may start looking into other locations and spots."

"I had the spicy noodles and Shawarma wrap. My friend had the wings. He said they weren’t bad, my food was good. Service was slow on a very slow night. Staff not very attentive, other than that, atmosphere was cool with dimmed lighting. Confused about the gas station slot machines."

"So this is a hidden gem. The layout and seating is good. The wings are actually good. $10 hookah ends at 6pm. Tv's everywhere. The only issue is that the music could be a little louder."

I tried a few and was impressed by the quality of the smoke and the rich flavor. The hookah itself was expertly prepared, with a smooth and consistent draw that made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Also the they was unexpectedly great because usually hookah places cut corners when it comes to food but not this place. But the real highlight of my visit was the exceptional customer service. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, always making sure I was having a great time. They went above and beyond to ensure my experience was perfect, and I felt truly cared for during my visit. Overall, I highly recommend this hookah lounge to anyone looking for an exceptional smoking experience. The quality of the hookah, food, the atmosphere, and the customer service all combined to create an unforgettable experience. I can't wait to go back and try more of their amazing flavors!"
