Wendy's

"Went here today hoping to just grab a quick breakfast . To start my busy day , I was prompted with a rude representative on the intercom . With a lot of attitude , I order a number 9 . Which is a bacon egg and cheese on a English muffin. They gave me a half cook sandwich Only to receive the incorrect order three times causing me to be late for work . I had to turn back twice , when I went back to the store the representative that was at the window taking the payments acted arrogant and appears to not want to be at work. I respect everyone no matter the circumstances and I can honestly say she needs to be taken away from the window and off the intercom. I use to always come to this Wendy’s the service they provided in the past was top notch . but unfortunately it appears that the old staff has left. The manager and the staff at the window collecting the payment needs better training on customers service interactions . I was so nice even told them I hope everything gets better . I will be contacting corporate because my overall experience was horrible and the manager seem to not care , her excuse is that , she’s the only one there and she is training two new hire . The first part of training should be focus on customer satisfaction , especially when you operating a business like this . Pray no one has to experience what I did . Because it’s not right to upset someone day , just because yours isn’t going well ."

"I did a DoorDash pick up order before I went to work on 12/24 and put it in a hr before I got went to work made it to the Wendy’s the lil chick behind the counter told me they didn’t have my order with a attitude customer service is a must if she would of took the time and acknowledged the order or me she would of seen my order sitting right there but keep telling me they didn’t have my order until I sat there and read my whole order to her didn’t apologize or nothing but wanted to keep going back in forward with me it’s all a simple thing or reading the ticket I hope she learns how to read before I come back"

"This is the place where you go to get spicy nuggets without spicy breading. Extra onions means only one ring extra. And a place you get a medium fry when you pay for a large! btw, there are no flavors available in the Coca-Cola machine, nor is there a tea urn!"

"Today was the first time in a long time that I stopped by this wendy's. Sometimes they're really slow but today was not like that at all. I had a fantastic experience the order taker was great. Cashier was great even when I got my food. It was great. The speed. The accuracy napkins in the bag sauces correctly in the bag. I just wanted to say thank you. Something good has happened and I hope that it continues to happen and I really appreciate the team that was there today."
