Chipotle Mexican Grill

"We got to this chipotle at 9:00PM. The lady taking our order was hurrying us along. We tried to get carne asada, they were out. Tried to get chips and queso, they were out of chips. Tried to get vinaigrette, they were out. All of the workers in the back were cleaning up as if it was 10:30. I would understand them being out and not wanted to have that stuff prepared if it was closer to closing, but this was 2 hours before closing. Also, when we asked about the vinaigrette, the worker we asked turned and looked at the other two and they talked for 3 seconds then they turned and said yeah we’re out. On top of all of this, there was no where to sit because they had all of their chairs up as if they wanted no one in there. Extremely disappointed."

"I love Chipotle, but DO NOT place a pick up order here. They always mess up your order, and they need to work on their attention to detail. If you eat here, just place the order in person versus using the pick up option. Please work on your attention to detail, Chamblee Chipotle."

"I like Chipotle and most of the time I order the bowls. I like it when the servers fill up my bowl and that’s what they did. I was so happy. I hate it when I spend money and don’t get what I pay for. The workers didn’t speak good English. I understood “sauce” but didn’t understand what kind of sauce. Everything seemed good but I ended up having the spicy sauce. I don’t like spicy. As far as I could see, the place was clean and I didn’t have to wait in line long."

"So disappointed with this location! My online order that was supposed to be delivered at 9 am, finally came three hours late (12:45pm). It was also missing pinto beans which I paid extra for. Food was stone cold and soggy. I proceeded to waste my gas to drive up there, just to end up getting spit in the face. The lady explains to me that they cannot issue refunds at the store. They also said they cannot remake it because “it was at 9:00am”. I explained that my order arrived late but there was no compromise. I am very disappointed with this location and how rude they are to customers. This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had with them. (Cross contamination, messy dining area, bugs on floor, etc.) Look elsewhere this Chipotle is dirty and the staff doesn’t care about customer satisfaction."

"I ordered a veggie bowl and it came filled to the top with goodness. It's always good to know that when you order from the app for pick up, you don't have to worry about the portions. They definitely delivered in that area."
