"When I paid for the smoothie, the swiper asked if I wanted to tip and after I chose “No tip”, it then said “BAD TIP”. I think that is very tacky considering this isn’t a sit down restaurant where you should always tip at least 20% if not more (only 15% if it's a horrible experience). I almost always tip at places that aren’t sit downs but a machine that says “Bad tip” definitely doesn’t make me want to tip. I would rather them just make everything a dollar or two more than have it say that to me. Not saying I won't come back, but just wanted to share that."

"I ordered a smoothie and specified the ingredients to be - Strawberry, Banana, Peanut butter , and whey protein. I didn't order one off of the menu. It came with sugar added. They made me buy another smoothie to get what I ordered without sugar. So, I had to pay for 2 smoothies to get the one that I ordered the first time."
