"Two separate days I was here and tried to order food. Both times I was ignored when the order taking machine was giving confusing directions. Employees were playing with each other and ignoring long line of customers waiting. Infuriating experience. Never going back."

"I went on a Friday, at 8pm. There were plenty of staff and everyone looked happy. I ordered 20 piece nuggets with no line and the cashier was nice. I had my food in about 3 minutes. Nothing bad to say honestly."

"I would like to give a -1… the customer service is horrible! The worst I have experienced. I only eat here when I have no other option. I have had more bad experiences than good! If you ask for ketchup, there is attitude EVERY TIME!!! For a large fry 2 packets of ketchup and employee just walks away. The rudeness is out of control!!! "I am currently admitted in the high risk pregnancy unit. I got my quarter pounder this evening and found it was completely raw on the inside after finishing almost half of it. This is very unsafe and I’m baffled at how this can be served when most restaurants have timers on their meat. I will never eat at this location again."

"Order number 1636 4:47pm 07/14/2022 I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe with bacon and cheese on the mobile app , they gave me 1 half piece of bacon, I told the manager and they gave me more bacon but it was burnt, I told the manager again and they gave me 2 strips of bacon and it was burnt again, then the manager told them to cook new bacon and it was burnt again, i asked for unsweet tea, and they gave me sweet tea, and cold fries, i asked for a refund they said they cant, so im reaching out to you for a full refund, Im totally not satisfied with Mcdonalds Service. Im not purchasing anything from this McDonalds again."
