"To start if you have a group 6 or more be prepared to have one check, in which they will accept up to 4 payments. That was not explained at the beginning of the dinning experience. If you are going as apart of a business outing/ dinner you may want to consider sitting in pairs of 2 for business expense purposes. We spent 30 minutes trying to split the check, that almost ruined the evening. Which is why I rated a 2 for service. The waitress said she didn’t want to say anything because she didn’t want anyone to feel uncomfortable, well she had to explain it anyway. So that logic didn’t make sense to me. Food: I had the crab cakes and lobster ravioli. It was reasonably priced and tasted well. It was not overly salty and flavored well. The sauce with the crab cakes was excellent! For dessert I tried the peach cobbler. The waitress said it was the “gourmet version” …lol… translation not the way grandma makes it. It was more of a soufflé style. A puff pastry with the peaches inside. I The liquid was more watery that syrup like. It wasn’t horrible. Would I return … maybe. Definitely in a group under 6 … lol. Oh also be aware of the included gratuity … and to pay for parking."

"Absolutely delicious!!! First of all, you have to have the calamari! This has to be some of the best calamar we've ever had. The steaks were absolutely perfect and the lobster mac and cheese was amazing! Our server Shelby, was amazing!! Definitely will be back!"

G Garvin's restaurant isn't only southern cuisine, there is a great variety so no matter where you are from, you can find something on the menu that you will love."

"Our meal was one of the best meals I have ever had! I ordered the blackened steak topped with lobster along with a side of delicious brussels sprouts and creamy Mac and cheese. This restaurant has excellent service. Our waitress was very nice and went over the off menu specials which is what I ordered. I also had a delicious cocktail called Georgia on my mind."

"What an experience!! We went there for my husband's birthday because he's been a fan of chef Garvin. Service, ambiance, and food were all perfection!!!! Shelby was our server, and she was very detailed on describing the specials and dishes, very patient, friendly, and attentive.
