"This is my “Cinnamon Crunch Latte” via Uber eats. It was originally lighter but I added a shot of my own expresso to make it dark like the advertised pictures on website. This tasted like hot milk with no hint of cinnamon,coffee or whipped cream. McDonald’s has better coffee than this. After ordering from here for the first time, I can confidently say, I’m not impressed and will not be ordering from this location again."

"I had the most expensive piece of mostly bread with the smallest amount of meat and cheese ever in my life. It was the ham and Gouda melt. The picture says it all. Never again."

This is what I got for$8.16! And I had to add cheese to the "broth" to make it taste like anything. PITIFUL!! smh....Panera you should be embarrassed!
