"Their chicken biscuits are the best! I order them often. Made the mistake of ordering a sausage/egg/cheese biscuit, and it wasn't good at all! Yuccch! Tasted like it was made two days earlier. I truly wanted a refund, but could not find the receipt."

"The way you guys handle DoorDash pick up doesn’t work. The employees don’t acknowledge the people standing and waiting, but as deliverers we are expected to ask about our orders. Be more proactive about acknowledging, greeting, and helping the people delivering food to your customers"

"They got this new robots that deliver your food to your table, that's cool, but my order was inaccurate and incomplete, to be honest I don't know if there is an opción of spicy grilled chicken for the salad, but that's what I tried to order and I got spicy but fried chicken, I would rather get the grilled not spicy but we can probably blame it on my Spanish accent, but I was still missing the tortilla chips and the seeds that come with it, I didn't have time to get it fix but I still enjoyed it, the chicken portion was very good and tasty! Another thing a little inconvenient is the code for the restrooms, it comes in the receipt but if you need to use it before ordering, you have to wait until someone is available to help you!"

"I was excited about the new reopening of this Chick-fil-A. I'm disappointed with my visit. I came through drive thru. I ordered one grilled chicken sandwich meal, plan only pickles. And another grilled chicken sandwich meal add pickles. Order # 9407800 We were pulled up after getting to the window. Left the unit to find the order was not correct. I went back to the unit because we were given a grilled chicken patty, two waffle fries and two drinks and a grilled club. We go back to get the grilled chicken sandwich only pickle. I asked for a printed receipt. We receive a grilled chicken sandwich but it had lettuce on it. My sister at this point just wanted a side of pickles and would take the lettuce off. We leave again and I asked my sister to read the receipt. It turns out we were over charged because the cashier added lettuce and tomato to her sandwich, which was supposed to have only pickles, and I didn't or the club meal, which is over two dollars more. So, on top of receiving a messed up order, I was overcharged nearly $3. I paid 24.22 and now have a cold lunch to eat because of the inconvenience of having to drive back. I would suggest giving this location a few month to find their flow, because they're not what they were before the remodeling. Very disappointing!"

"Happened to dine in on the first day of the reopening. Staff was super friendly and quick to take my order. Food was sent out via a cool little robot. There was still a nice host checking on customers and getting refills. The remodel was clean, efficient and seemed to be ready to handle a lot of traffic. Operator stopped by the table to make sure all was good. Don't see that too much. Definitely recommend the dining room."
