"This was my favorite Jersey Mikes since I stay in midtown but they started charging me extra because I ask for “more” or “a lot” of my salad toppings. Their menu doesn’t state “you can only get x y z amount of lettuce” or there isn’t anywhere on their menu that states you can only get a certain amount of toppings or you’ll be charged extra. Now I just go to the Jersey Mikes down the street or by Lenox and I never get charged extra for wanting toppings that come with my meal. I would recommend going to one of the others. (The meal is just a veggie salad so of course I want a lot of my toppings since I don’t eat meat.)"

"Shelly and BG were so friendly and helpful! Shelly made sure that our order was right and was very patient while we checked on our friends’ orders. She made sure that all of our subs were labeled and made them exactly as we wanted them. Great experience!"

"Questionable customer service & quality of food horrible didn’t even follow the notes that they took time to write down. I promise if I could I would rate negative stars this was supposed to be a giant chipotle cheese steak sub by the time it was all said, so called cut and wrapped my sub was a salad and I had to add a base. They put so many jalapeño peppers and vinegar (you can see the vinegar drenched through to the over cooked bread) on the sun I literally had to eat it as a salad. The end half had no steak but heavy peppers and American cheese(not even melted, just clumps). Sandwich was cut unevenly and wrapped with only exterior mikes paper in addition the sandwich was wrapped drenched in vinegar & loosely so when pulling out the sun bag the sandwich instantly separated where the so called cut was and the contents immediately fell off. We travel all over and I have never had this experience. I promise I wanted to toss it but have that I almost spent $20 I decided to just make it as a salad."

"I had a wonderful experience, thanks to Shelley and Jenn, the friendly women who — even though it was near closing time — still made sure I and my order (the #9 Club Supreme) were well handled. I normally come in earlier and it’s usually just as good. I would highly recommend to others and I myself plan to return again and again."

"When I walked in, I wasn’t greeted by anyone and stood there for 10 minutes while they made 10 online orders instead of serving the actual customer in the restaurant. They did not apologize or say a single word while I waited. When I got to the register I asked for a water cup and they said they were out. I said okay, can you give me another cup then since you’re out of water cups? They said, yeah you can then tried to make me pay for it. I said that was ridiculous and they just rolled their eyes and didn’t give me the cup. The cherry on top was watching the worker eat banana peppers straight out of the container while she was working and prepping the food. I love jersey mikes but will definitely not be back to this horrible location."
