"Cool spot. It's small but packs a punch. Be prepared to be wanded by security...that was unexpected but I guess I get it. The music was a pure vibe! Everyone was friendly. A tad expensive. I ordered the Peach cobbler French toast and salmon balls. It was quite tasty. The portions were just enough. I would definitely return the next time I'm in town."
"I had a great experience. The environment is relaxing and the staff seem to enjoy their job. The food is seasoned well with a variety of options. We didn't have any issues getting seated without a reservation. The chairs aren't comfortable and left an imprint on my thighs but the waitress was nice enough to give me a pillow to sit on. My order alone came to almost $200 with just the Mimosa and Lamb Chops but I enjoyed it. We tried to get a picture with Rasheeda but she was at a booth interviewing. We waited about 10 minutes but we didn't want to be a distraction so we let them interview in peace. I'll definitely be back. Maybe I can get a picture then. If you haven't been, it's worth the experience."
"Environment: Nicely decorated when you enter. Small restaurant but they’ve worked with the space well. Has a bar and an outside patio. Staff: Nothing outstanding. They got the job done. Wait time: Quick entry. Bar drinks arrived about 10-15 mins later. Food came in 30 mins. Food: It tasted great. Fried chicken & shrimp were crunchy and seasoned. The waffle was OUTSTANDING!!! I mean buttery & soft with crunchy edges. Fries were nothing special. Drinks: Alcoholic version of a lemonade. It was nice, but could’ve definitely been larger for the cost. Price: $100-120 for two entrees and two bar drinks. Overall: A really nice experience and the MUSIC was classic 80s-90s R&B! A vibe."
"Went on Friday to celebrate my birthday. Service was slow and the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. The waitress kept forgetting a lot of things including silverware. Over all it was okay. Atmosphere was great and so pretty. Restaurant was clean. The drink was really good. I had the salmon balls shrimp and grits and the crab claws. The claws were dry and the grits were cold. But the salmon balls were really good. My best friend had the fried shrimp and fries and the Brussels sprouts. He said they were okay. That frozen watermelon margarita was everything."
"The food was amazing. I recommend the shrimp and grits. The atmosphere was nice. There's an outside sitting area, but it was too chilly for that. My only criticism would be the lack of a professional dress code for the wait staff.. Some waitresses were actually wearing winter puffy coats while serving the food. They should have turned up the heat a bit. Also, Skittles did our hookah. A mixed berry and mint blend that was so smooth.... overall great experience I highly recommend."
