"Online says they’re supposed to be open at 5am. Placed an order online, app allowed me to place order, I checked opening time online, but when I showed up at 5:15 no one was there. Couldn’t get a refund either. Whichever employee was there decided to hide in the back and ignore me instead of just saying they weren’t ready to open yet… worst McDonalds experience ever. Waste of $$ and time."

"I ordered a double Big Mac with estra sauce, But Instead they gave me a Single Big Mac with no Sauce. The food was returned to the location of metropolitan park way. Inside there was only two customers waiting for food that was already served. It took 15 to 20 minutes before manager Ask how can I help you. I have explained the situation and gave the manager my receipt. The manager looked at the contents of the food in the Bag and walk away. I did not receive an apology from the manager. It took fifteen minutes to receive the remake of the food from an employee, The remake I'll receive was the same food I returned. Instead of making it all over again , they only added meat to the cold food that was returned with cold french fries. I asked to speak with the manager again with no response.... I'm not looking for someone to get fired. But need more training about their job. I will never stop at that location again."

"Once again another 24 hour place this closes at the convenience of their workers without any explanation. I would say I’m surprised but I’m not. This is the norm. Just do yourself a favor and shut down completely."

"First time at this McDonald's, the lane was very long , the employees were not concerned about the long wait I waited 30 minutes in line for a Las Hot cakes and sausage. When I receive my food it was cold and old."

"5 stars for cleanliness/friendliness; 1 star for 25 min wait/order made wrong. I order on the kiosk. Me and the other gentleman who ordered at the same time did not receive our order until we went to the counter and reminded them. I then asked if my order was made as requested and without hesitation or investigation the cashier assured me it was. I knew then it wasn't;and surely it was not. Do better "over a billion served"!"
