"Showed up at 8:55 for a dinner after an international flight. The doors were open, but they refused to let me in. I said, I was only getting one sandwich, but they didn't care. Sad that they have no understanding. I walked away and she declared loudly, "I just want to go home." Me too lady... me too."

"I just wanted a sandwich but had the worst fast food experience of my life. They only had two types of bread, one protein option and limited vegetables. Workers refused services to costumers in line and verbally abused others. I would never order food here."

"There is a young man working there who must be appreciated he works well on his own needs no supervision. Keeps work area clean and good to customers. If I start a business I will be there to steal him. God bless you all."

"Today I had such disappointing experience at the Subway on Terminal T at the Atlanta Airport. The service was abysmal; the staff seemed disinterested, engaging in derogatory conversations about other guests and employees instead of attending to waiting customers with flights to catch. To make matters worse, they were out of essential items like pickles and jalapeños - among many other things. My order turned out to be a culinary disaster - in fact I just threw it away (money wasted). It's disheartening to note that despite numerous poor reviews, it appears the owners are indifferent, as there has been no response or improvement. I share this review as a caution to fellow travelers – beware of the subpar service and consider alternative dining options at the airport."

"The sandwich maker took her time as the line grew, talking & laughing with her co-workers who stood and did absolutely nothing. It wasn't a moment. It was minutes. And we're in line waiting to get to our terminal to board, trapped between slow service & giggling at their own cleverness, and the alternative which is to go hungry for 4-5 hours, or try Bojangles which was worst service the previous time we had to eat here. No one makes eye contact except the talkative laughing woman who is entertaining herself. Oh wait, she went to lunch & the next person is business-like & prompt, kinda barking out "How can I help you" but on her game. People, you're hired to do a job to provide good to people in a hurry. At least try. Talking & standing around not moving is not trying."
