"i called at 12 to place a order I was hung up on said he couldn’t write down order and to come in I get there at 1215 I was number 32 this lady was 42 the girl Bam gave her her food before mine the lady said she number 32 bam said you worry about her or you No respect for people time and money food was good but lost a customer people pull up and get service fast because they know people here i waited 3 hours for my food and watched the lady put people in front of me and take food out to people that just pulled up and i waited for 3 hours Need a better system and customer service Respectfully will never get my business again 2/9/24 was the last"

"I get five stars for everything even though the food was a little slow to come out. You will not be disappointed Trust me!! I don't think this may be a good place to come to if you have like a 30 minute lunch or an hour's lunch and you walk into place your order. I've never done that to a lunch time at this place but it still may take a minute. If you have the time to wait the food is excellent and I highly recommend it. Everything is grilled on the grill they don't take any putting it in the oven and then throwing it on the grill which isn't that bad but they don't do that. From beginning to end the barbecue is cooked on the grill I highly recommend this place"

"If you have something to do on that side of town or maybe go to the mall once you place your order, then it's worth the order. The rib tips were so tender, you can chew the gristle lol and the collard greens were A1 with a kick, and even the Mac n cheese was good. But please have an hour and a half to spare. There needs to be a better system of ordering and getting the food out in a timely manner."

"I don't even like giving reviews let alone a bad one. I am from Atlanta and remember JJ's, service has never been THIER strong suite. However, to make people wait for food and then tell them you are out is waste of time and energy. There is to much competition for bad service and no food. They need to get it together soon! If the atmosphere & service is going to suck at least have enough food to sell!"
