"I went through the drive thru, I was asked to pull around the front and my food would be walked out to me. They were fast bringing the drinks but forgot my food. After about 10 minutes I waved them down and asked for my food.... they had completely forgotten about it. That's when they offered a second Pink Velvet Machiatto as a peice offering and gave me someone else's forgotten order. As you can imagine it was soggy from sitting out for a while... They were friendly and said they'd like to make amends and make me a new order however I couldn't wait because I was on a time crunch. The first Pink Velvet Machiatto tasted like the coffee was left out in the pot too long and burned. The second one I had was delicious!"

"This is the worst service I’ve ever had at a Dunkin’s. The two employees were very distracted and just stared blankly as I was ordering. I was trying to be as nice as possible and understood they were probably stressed because this was hopefully their first job ever… Anyway, it took them 30 minutes to make my drink and there was no one inside, just a few people in the drive through. I will never return to this location."

"Update: this location has gone down here tremendously. 20 min for 2 drinks and ignored by employees. All the good employees have left. Such a shame! I've been coming here almost every weekend or even some weekdays since it opened. Still my favorite coffee shop, online orders are almost always right (might forget whipped cream) or if they are missing a flavor or like when they discontinued the hazelnut with sugar, they will ask for a substitution in person before making your drink. Only issue is there is no baby changing table in the ladies room, but it's still a great place! Brand new Dunkin's, super clean, donuts in display and offers nitro. Try the chocolate stout cold brew with cold foam, it's amazing. Great employees, will be back often!"
