"Sat in the drive through for 30 mins. The person just kept saying “hold on”.. finally took my order and sat waiting for my food for 20 more mins. This place has always been slow and the people are rude. I should’ve known better and pulled off. I really don’t know why they can’t hire good help."

"Stopped by for onion rings and cheese sticks only. The onion rings are ice cold! I hadn't checked the cheese sticks because through the bag they felt fresh from the grease. But upon opening the container, the cheese sticks were just as cold. Very disappointed. Staff were great at the window. Went in to get food corrected and the place was smoky. Not sure if something was burning or not."

"Worst customer service EVERRRRRRRRR!!! I pulled up to the drive through and could literally hearing the woman huffing and puffing everytime I added anything to my order and I only ordered three things!!!! Then they forgot to put cheese on my sandwich after I reiterated several times to add cheese. I went inside to confront them about the cheese and as I did I could hear the same woman working the drive through YELLING at a Spanish speaking woman through her headset. Are you serious??!!! And these type of workers want a raise?? You can’t even complete simple tasks and READ ORDERS to get them right let alone speak to people rudely when we are PAYING HARD EARNED money for correct orders and decent food. I won’t even get into how the cook guy (how can you even be called that) places my burger back into the heater to melt the cheese causing him to make the lettuce on the burger hot soggy and moist. Horrible. Dear cooks, would YOU eat what you give customers? I doubt it. So use common sense and make it right."

"I've gone to this Burger King for years and have never had such an awful experience. First things first, my "Big Fish" sandwich had NO FISH...at all. I was given the wrong drink, then the right drink. I was not given the onion rings that went with my combo meal...only the extra order that I asked for. Then I was given the Small onion rings, but all of the onion rings were ICE COLD. They were out of zesty sauce, out of ketchup packets, and I was given ketchup in a drinking cup because that's easy, right? I want my $10 back. SO I CALLED, it rang and rang, answered, and then hung up on me before I could leave a message."

"Chicken nuggets were dry They sat under the heat lamp for way too long and a manager that was packing the chicken nuggets into the bag should have saw that luckily I got them and not a child I'm sure they would have choked on them being so dry"
