"Customer service is TRASH!! As someone who works in sales, I know how customers should be treated. There is zero respect here! I am not told to have a good day, I’m not told you’re welcome, I pull up to the speaker in the drive thru and how they said “order when ready” I looked at my wife in shock because the tone that was used. I will not be going back to this location. Absolutely ridiculous! Do better"

"Donuts were stale and barely had any jelly inside. The hash rounds covered in queso were tasty but you only get like 6 little one for $5. Service was slow, no hello, or friendly employees. I won't be going back I'll stick with Krispy Kreme."
"Macland rd location today was awful employees rude and got a dozen donuts and filling was at tips of donuts and insides empty. Sad part is this has happened three times. Got two large hot teas with one tea bag. Should be two. I guess chocolate cream is on back order"
"Horrible experience again!!! Everytime we order food from here it's a horrible experience. My kids and wife love the coffee/iced coffees, but the food order service need to be revamped, they are slow and you can tell disorganized. I placed my order at 10:23 am., the drive thru line was full but there was no one on the store, half of my drink order came right up. At 1045 my order still had not been finished.. Then, at 10:48 the manager handed me a bag of food, I checked to see of all my food items were there and there was missing food.. I asked for a refund and the manager starts an augue with me about them being short staffed.. There were literally 9 people working behind the counter. I finally left the store at 10:56 am. with my competed order, I got home to feed my family and the food was cold. Everytime I go to this store the experience is not pleasant. The manager would have rather given me an excuse of being short staffed instead of apologizing and completing my order in a fashionable time. This place is ridiculous!!!!"
